KC Timber Challenge The KC Timber Challenge course is located on over 130 wooded acres along the banks of the Kansas River. We thought it would be fun to incorporate a more natural obstacle course using our unique terrain and landscape as much as possible. Be prepared for a 5k obstacle course including: Mud, Fire, Ice, Bluff Climbs, a 7 story tower climb, our signature hand held ZIP LINES stretching over 300 feet of mud pits and more to be announced soon. This is not a race… it’s a personal and team building challenge. All challengers are encouraged to dress in the wildest costumes and push their individual limits. This course is designed to test your stamina and will to succeed, with one WILD ASS party to celebrate your accomplishments at the end. Beware the 'Squatch' for we’re letting him loose on the streets of Kansas City to motivate you to 'Unleash Your Inner Beast'!

Course Description:

Welcome back to the original KC Timber Challenge course that started it all; located on over 140 wooded acres along the banks of the Kansas River! Be prepared for a wild 5k obstacle course with 30+ unique obstacles including: Mud Pits, Bluff Climbs, a 7 story tower climb, the Vertigo Bus, hand held ZIP LINES, inverted monkey bars, rope climb, cargo nets and much more. This course is situated in the woods and has moderate to extreme elevation changes and rough terrain. Field running is less than 1/2 mile in the entire 5k loop.

Aid Stations:

Water and fresh Fruit. Medical on site.

Awards:

Event Specific awards and finisher medals! Trophies and Medals may be awarded for best costume, best team costume, biggest team and more.

Spectators:

Free access for spectators!

Parking:

$10 fee per car

Post Party:

Meet our very own Sasquatch and celebrate with a themed party including a free face painter, self paint station, kids activities and fun things to do for the whole family.

Team:

Team registration is available for up to 50 participants when checking out.
