Course Description:
5K - Challenging, Dirty, Muddy, Filthy Fun!
Muddy Mile - Mucky, Gloopy, Fun
Probably one of the most challenging mud runs in the UK, the course uses all natural terrain, it is very very muddy, with ever-changing landscape, plenty of river crossings, marshlands and swampy deep muddy ditches. Participants need to be over 12 years old to be able to enter and under 18 need parental consent.
Aid Stations:
St Andrew's First Aid will be present to provide first aid.
