Course Description:
Some say the course is tough. We say, you decide. We're bucking the trend and introducing a short cut to make that 2nd lap easier... does this give you a clue? Real mud, gigantic cargo net, brutal terrain and lots of built obstacles to compliment what Mother Nature has in store for you.
Located on a working hill farm in the glorious Peak District, Bog Commander has gained a great reputation over the past couple of years and promises to build on this success for the third year running. Mother Nature is going to challenge you, man made obstacles will make this run an adventure. Fabulous terrain, complimented by permanent built obstacles and all natural mud await the intrepid. This year we're bucking the trend and making it easier for some... a short cut perhaps for those who have bitten off more than they can chew?
Aid Stations:
Paramedics on standby. Water on the course - lots of it.
Spectators:
Spectators are very welcome and entry is free. The course is panoramic, so you get a great view of the action from the event start area.
Parking:
FREE Parking, yes that's FREE parking.
Post Party:
Food, bar and good times.
Other:
No swimming required. No full submersion. No barbed wire. No electrocution. Doesn't mean that the run is a doddle though. You have been warned.
