Course Description:
Concrete Rush will test you with a short course urban obstacle challenge like no other.
Over 15 challenging obstacles from a number of Canada’s Top Obstacle Series make up this 2km course at Nathan Phillips Square in the heart of the City of Toronto.
Choose the Elite Rusher Heats and you must complete all the most difficult challenges and it will be all about speed and obstacle completion. If you go in the Regular Rusher Heats you can decide on the obstacles you complete, pass or take an easier line. Lending or receiving a helping hand is totally cool as this Ultimate Obstacle Challenge is about the camaraderie, and the RUSH!
The course is flat and take place in and around Nathan Phillips Square, Toronto City Hall. There are 15 obstacles during this 2km short course:

Ropes & Slopes
Platinum Rig
Sky Line

Traverse Walls
Rope Climb
Avalanche
Aid Stations:
10 medics will be on site and water at the finish line.
Awards:
Elite runners, this is your chance to qualify for OCR World Champs and win BIG! Top 25 Elite men and women based on time qualify for the main event. There you will race for Top 3 Awards for men and women of $1,000 first, $500 second and $250 third.
Spectators:
Spectators are free!
Parking:
There is parking directly under Nathan Phillips Square, but as the event is held in the heart of Toronto, we advise participants to take transit or carpool.
Other:
