Course Description:

30+ obstacles and 12 tough but wonderful mileage. On September 3, 2017 another Strong-12 on the program in Hellendoorn. The StrongmanRun 21K bit too intense for you? But you do like a hefty challenge, a unique track? Then the Strong-12 is your run!

The ""Mother of Obstacleruns': that is the Fisherman's Friend Strongmanrun! Starts on September 3, 2017 along with a lot of runners on a unique course with 40+ great obstacles. 21 heavy, but incredibly beautiful kilometers through the woods, the water and the hills. It takes perseverance, but gives you an experience you will never forget!

Aid Stations:

Ambulances, accident assistance centers and paramedics at neuralgic points along the route ensure adequate medical care for the participants. The entire route as well as the start / finish area will be monitored by an advanced life support services and doctors. All employed doctors and paramedics are entitled to sportsmen / women with signs of injuries and / or overexertion for their own safety from the race.

Spectators are welcome

Parking:

Parking fee of 5.00 €

Other:

Guarded wardrobe for athletes.
Warm showers afterwards, also for the last finisher.
