Course Description:
The course will be on and thru the hills of the Gran Geneva Ski Resort (both on ski mountains and adjacent cross country ski and running trails. The location has been home to several national OCR Races during summer months (Gladiator Assault and Battle Frog), so it's a proven course. Ski Hills, Trails, Snow (and lots of it), Unique Military style obstacles and the Abominable weather will challenge you along your 3-5 mile journey. But don't worry, we've thrown in some fun as well... carry your tube to the top of the hill to earn your ride down. Launch a snow ball at a Yeti target to test your accuracy. And fight your way thru our simulated Blizzard... The Yeti Is currently surveying the 9.5 miles of trails and hills at Grand Geneva Course. He's hard at work building an abominable course with grueling obstacles that will take everything you've got.
Aid Stations:
Yes, we will have a main first aid tent located by the start/finish line. The Grand Geneva Ski Patrol First Aid Team will be overseeing the event. In addition, there will be an on site ambulance should the need arise. There will also be first aid volunteers.
Fruit, Water, and Nature's Fury Sports drinks at the finish line.
2-3 Water stations will be on the course, properly placed.

Prizes:
There will be live games on stage where racers/participants can win prizes. Also, sponsors will be on site in the Yeti's Lodge and will be giving prizes away to racers that visit.
Spectators:
There is a $10 Spectator fee to help cover insurance costs, however you're free to roam the course, grab a craft brew or gourmet food in the Yeti's Lodge, meet new friends, or maybe your kids want to conquer the LiL Yeti's course.
Parking:
Parking is Free and On site! There is a remote lot (local Airport Strip), and if needed, the Grand Geneva Resort will provide a shuttle. Most will be able to park in the main parking lot and walk into the venue.
Post Party:
The party goes all day (8am to 5pm). DJ's, Craft Brew, Games on Stage, Sponsors and Vendors on-site with cool new products, Free pictures with the Yeti, More Craft Brew.... yeah, it's going to be fun.
Other:
Main Race 3-5 Miles, 20+ Obstacles, 12 & Older (Some Heats restricted)
Lil-Yeti Course 1/2 Mile, 8+ obstacles, 4-11
Spectators are $10, 12 and under are Free
Bag Check is Free and Onsite.
Insurance Free is included in your registration price
Changing area (Men's vs Women's) will be indoors and onsite
Team:
You can register in all heats under a Team Name. Teams are encouraged. Captains create the team at registration and then participants select that team name when they register.
