Course Description:
This race takes you along the scenic Niagara River along roads, through (and over) water, trail runs, a beach run and (of course) a mud pit
Aid Stations:
2 water stations along the course; medics on site, lifeguards at water crossings
Spectators:
Free to roam the course!
Parking:
750+ spots available just yards from the starting line. Carpooling is recommended
Post Party:
Music, food and beer available for you
Other:
Proceeds benefit the Boy Scouts of America (Scouts race after the general public)

No official teams, but teamwork is encouraged!
