Course Description:

5K Obstacle Course Race at Skyview Lake hosted by the Norfolk Family YMCA.
Can you run, jump, flip tires, army crawl, maintain balance crossing beams, plus much more? Are you ready for a FUN, physical challenge?

Awards:

Trophy given to overall Male & Female. Medals to the top 3 in each age group.

Prizes:

Prizes will be given to the best dressed male, female and youth!
