Course Description:
10K: The 10km course is one of the hardest trail races currently in Scotland, relentless, constantly changing and challenging even for the most experienced runner. This is not a double loop of the 5K.
5K: The 5km course takes in most of the muddiest, mucky and dirty bits of the 10k course, but takes out the extra distance, leaving a tough, dirty muddy course. This race is a step towards the full 10k for younger runners, with all over 12 years old able to enter. Participants under 18 need parental consent.
Muddy Mile: The Muddy Mile is specifically designed for the next generation of mud runners, with children of all ages welcome (with appropriate parental supervision). Plenty of mud for the youngsters, but over a short course to let little legs finish their first mud run.
Aid Stations:
Water station half way round course. Red Cross at start finish and 1st aiders on course. Food and drink available before and after race
Prizes:
Prizes are awarded for Female and Male competitors and for various age ranges.

On the day registration will take place outside Craufurdland Castle from 9.30 - 10.30am for the 5k and 10k. The muddy mile registration will start at 11.30am.
7% of the Ticket Price (not profit) is given to our charity partners.
10K and 5K race ticket prices now INCLUDE a pint of beer or a glass of wine for over 18's and a soft drink for under 18's taking part in these races. All 10k and 5k racers get free entry to Muddy Mile.
