Training is good for anyone who is tired of their old self (office workers, athletes, runners, obstacle racers, stay at home parents, or anyone who wants to get in the best shape of their life!) and is ready to COMMIT to a lifestyle change. We train for Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, Bold R Dash, and ALL similar races as well as 5k's, half/full marathons!
