The first heat will take off at 8:00am and take off every 15 minutes.
Heats consist of 75 participants.

Course Description:
The course will have 18+ obstacles. Obstacles will not consist of mud pits but rather military style training equipment. There will be no swimming portion. The obstacle portion of the race is followed by a trail run.
Aid Stations:
There will be a water stop on the route, and medical staff on standby.
Prizes:
There are fundraising incentives. For raising $100 for the American Heart Association, you will receive a short sleeved tee shirt.
For raising $250, you will receive a water bottle.
For raising $500 or more you will receive a gym bag.
Spectators:
Spectators are free to view the race, and will be able to purchase food and beverages at the post race celebration.
Parking:
Parking is free.
Post Party:
The race will be followed by a Summer Celebration with food and entertainment.
Other:
All proceeds benefit the American Heart Association. There will be a bag check for participants.
