Race Start Time:
The Heat times are 9:00am until 12:30pm.
Elite Heats are at 9am and 9:30am.
The Junior Heat begins at 12:30pm.
Heats leave every 30 minutes and there will be up to 150 people per heat.

Course Description:
Zombie Mud Run Canada will be held in beautiful Niagara Falls, Canada on the edge of the country at Campark Resorts, this is a full scale obstacle course. The course will combine large obstacles from a giant 40 foot waterslide, mud hills and ponds, mud and foam pits and more, featuring up to 20 creative obstacles across the 5k run. You will receive 3 life lines and additionally have to dodge the living dead along the way, hordes of zombies. You can sign up to run or be a zombie. We are teamed up with industry leader Haunt Manor to bring you the best make-up and monster obstacles anywhere around.
Aid Stations:
We will have an aid station at the front. Paramedics will have a tent near the start and finish. Water stations are located throughout and on the course.
Awards:
The Elite heat overall winner with at least one flag in tact will receive the Zombie Mud Run 2016 trophy.
Spectators:
Spectators are $10 and you can watch from any of the designated areas around the start and finish area. You will be able to see most of the race from here.
Parking:
Parking is roadside and a nearby parking lot will be available. Carpooling is highly recommended, please arrive to registration approximately 1 hour before your designated heat.
Post Party:
There will be a live DJ this year and a Survivor After Party.
Quantum Sound is our DJ. There will be a food area serving hotdogs and hamburgers. Our Post Party will be off the hinges this year with an amazing backdrop, epic DJ and more...
Other:
Our event supports Chrohns and Colitis Canada Research Foundation and 100% of the additional lifeline money raised goes directly to them every year.
There is a special Junior Run at 12:30pm and a parent can run along side if they purchased a runner ticket or otherwise they can help from alongside the course.
The two morning Elite heats will be timed.
Some obstacles involve water, please avoid these if you cannot swim.
There is a gear check in the 1st floor of the barn.
There is a washing station outside of the Washroom building called the Decontamination Zone. You can clean up, gear down and even take showers here.
You are welcome to wear anything as long as your bikini or swim suit area is covered. You will receive a lot of attention, photos and high fives throughout your run but watch it, the zombies love flashy humans.
Team:
Teams are definitely encouraged as well as having matching team gear, this has been known to intimidate some of the tougher zombies. Teams of 10 or more will get a special discounted offer, please email for details.
