Race Start Time:
The first heat starts at 9:00am. We try to keep each wave to 20 runners or less and the waves start every 20 minutes.

Course Description:
The course is country terrain pasture ground. There are 15 obstacles on the course. The obstacles are bridge out, high hurdle, terrible trenches, creek crossing, tires and trees, devilish diamond, fallen log, muddy bank, cargo net, hay pyramid, cool dip, shady creek, climb and slide, coral crawl and mud pitt - finish line.
Aid Stations:
We do have approximately 4 aid stations on the course. We will also have paramedics at the event. We will have water throughout the course and at the end.
Awards:
Top 3 finishers (male and female) in the following age divisions receive medals - 19 and under, 20 -29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60 and over.
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome at the race and the afterparty!
Parking:
Parking is $5 per vehicle. We will have volunteers at the event directing parking.
Post Party:
We do have an after party. There will be music, food and alcohol vendors.
Other:
This event gives a portion of the proceeds to the Osage County Community Foundation.
We require that children under the age of 14 have an adult run the course with them.
We do have one obstacle that requires swimming.
We do not have a gear check.
We do have a hose to rinse off with after you compete, but we do not have a changing area.
Team:
We do have a team category at our race but we do not give out team awards. You can have as many as you would like on your team.
We do not have team discounts. Teams should have a team captain register them.
