Course Description:
This is a truly multi-terrain run including slippery 4×4 tracks, swamps, steep scrambles, muddy pools, lakes, streams and plenty of sticky mud. The mud-run is a brilliant way to have fun but still support this charity that changes so many lives every day. Tackle cargo nets, hurdles, tyres, tunnels, hay stacks and the very popular water slides. Choose from either 5km or 10km. Tough beginner level!

6 first-aiders split into 3 groups. Water at the finish and half way point
