Race Start Time:
Gates open at 8:00am. The 10K Competive Wave takes off at 9:00am, followed by the first 5K fun run wave at 10:00am. All waves thereafter are about every half hour until the last wave at 2:00pm. The family friendly waves are at 11:15am and 2:00pm.

Course Description:
Conveniently located in Southeast New York State, just minutes away from NJ, NYC and CT, our scenic 5k course will be packed with more than 30 fun and challenging obstacles inspired by the elements: earth, air, fire & water. Dash for cash prizes and medals in our early 10K competitive heats, run with your kids in our family friendly heats (ages 8+), or tackle the 5k course with all your friends in one of our untimed fun run heats!
On our course you will find you will be tested physically and mentally. You will jump through fire. You will crawl through mud pits. You will climb up cargo nets. You will breech 13' walls. You will push all your limits and defeat everything in your path. You will do it because you are strong. You will do it because others will help you. You will do it for the bragging rights. You will do it because your friends made you. And you will finish and declare, “I Conquered the Elements!”
Aid Stations:
Qualified Emergency personnel are stationed on site to insure the safety of every runner and spectator.
Awards:
Awards for top 3 male and female Elite heat racers, including cash prizes and sponsor product packages.
Spectators:
Family and friends are welcome to come cheer you on at no additional cost.
Parking:
Parking for this event is on site for $10.
Post Party:
After crossing the finish line, celebrate with us at the MudManX afterparty! Enjoy great music, food, contests with prizes and plenty of laughs while you cheer on your fellow MudManX'ers!
Other:
We recommend registering as early as possible to ensure your desired wave time and to avoid paying an increased registration fee. Online registration for each race closes 3 days prior to race day. If the event is not sold-out, you may register the day of the event.
You may transfer your registration to another runner up to 1 week prior to race day.
We will send all registered runners a pre-race email with pertinent information such as directions, parking info, wave time reminders, etc., 1 week prior to race day.
