Course Description:
TrueMudd course includes 30 obstacles within a 3 mile course. The fastest times are around 40 minutes and the average time is about 100 minutes. There are optional runs in place of all swims and there are optional penalty burpees if you miss an obstacle. Challenging for the most elite athletes, yet fun and accommodating for the average Joe.
