Mud Dog Run This is a new concept on our current Mud Dog Run Series. This 5K course will still have over 16 obstacles ranging from mud pits, cargo nets, climbing walls and other grueling obstacles to have fun running though and over. The spin is that there will be Zombies all over the course and at obstacles trying to pull flags off the runners. The object is to finish the run with at least one or more flags to stay alive at the end. If the runner at any point during the run does not have any flags left, they become a Zombie.

Upon finishing the Zombie infested run, participants will be welcome to join the End of the World party to have some great food, drink Flying Dog beer and listen to multiple bands and DJs with over 8 hours of music! You will not want to miss this!!!

Course Description:

The Mud Dog Run - Zombie Edition course will be 3.1 miles with over 16 obstacles with moderate terrain. While concurring the obstacles, runners will encounter zombies that will be trying to eat their brains (flag football flags).

Aid Stations:

Water and Aid stations will be provided on the course. Paramedics will be on standby and local volunteer fire departments helping as well. Snacks water will be provided at the finish line.

Awards:

Top 3 Male and Female from each wave Best costume

Spectators:

Spectators fee is $20 when purchased online prior to the event. The spectators will be able to view approx. 70% of course. They will also have access to the post race Zombie party.

Parking:

Parking is located with in 200 yards of entry gate. Parking Fee will be $10 for each car (Carpooling is Recommended) Please bring cash

Post Party:

Post Race Zombie Party with music, food and Flying Dog Beer will be available for purchase.

Other:

A portion of the proceeds from the Mud Dog Run - Zombie Edition are donated to a local charity called the FISC Foundation, whose missions is to help provide sports camp scholarships to youth athletes.

This event is not officially timed

A gear check will be provided for all runners upon check-in

The local fire department will provide wash stations to rinse all the mud off after the race

Team:

You are welcome to race as a team, just sign up for the same way, but there are no official teams. Feel free to dress up and get your zombie on!
