Course Description:
3.5 muddy miles, 25 ""Xtreme"" obstacles designed with assistance from the United States Special Forces which include: Toxic Swamp; tunnels in muddy glowing water, Misery Maze, The Burial Grounds; Open graves where participants will have to drop in and climb out of, but beware of zombies!, The Blood Slide; not your typical mud slide, The Chiller; an ice crawl with fog and cargo net, The Spider's Web, The Hangman (noose-like monkey bars), The Black Cat-Walk, The Crematorium; interior maze with obstacles
Aid Stations:
Stationary emergency personnel will be available at the finish line as well as mobile emergency personnel along the course to help any injured runners throughout the run.Water and other replenishment stations will be provided along the course throughout the run and at the finish line.
Awards:
The top 3 male and female participants of the First Trax Elite Division will be rewarded in cash or other prizes.
Prizes:
We also will hold a contest for Best Overall Costume as well as other prizes during the after party.
Spectators:
Spectators over the age of 10 years old are $10 each with online registration, $15 at the gate. Children under the age of 10 receive free admittance. All spectators have free access to the course at all times as well as ideal spectator viewing areas. After the race spectators are invited to celebrate the runners' accomplishments.
Parking:
On-site parking will be $10 per car. We do recommend saving your money and carpooling!
Post Party:
Musical enjoyment will be provided by one of the areas most entertaining DJ's, delicious food, a beer garden, prize-winning games, and more!
Other:
MudManX is a proud supporter of several charitable causes including the American Red Cross and a percentage of all event proceeds are donated to their important humanitarian mission.
Team:
Teams must have a minimum of 4 people, there is no maximum number of people per team (we have had teams with 65 people). There isn't any special scoring for teams.
