Course Description:
The course is based in the main park of the estate and winds through 10k of the most demanding terrain the Lake Distruct can through at you; You will get to see up close and personal muscle sapping mud infested woodlands, river crossings, lung bursting hills and of course the Castle And that’s before we build over 30 of the toughest authentic military grade obstacles you will ever face. Don’t expect an easy day - prepare to be pushed to your physical and mental limits, muddied, soaked and exhausted to become a Survivor.
