All participants will need to sign in on the day at least 30 minutes before their wave. Sign in desk will be open from 9am - 11am.

Course Description:
Take part in either one lap of the course (5km) or two laps (10km), tackling various obstacles in the mud.
Information on the obstacles will be kept a secret until the day of the event.
Aid Stations:
The route will be fully marshalled, with water points at various stations.
St John Ambulance will also be present.
Spectators:
Family and friends are welcome to come along and support you on the day.
Their entry will be free of charge.
Parking:
Parking is available on site free of charge.
Other:
The event is open to anyone over the age of 16 (under 18s must have parental consent to take part).
Team:
Team entries are encouraged.
