Course Description:
This course is designed to challenge your fitness level. Hills are included. Participants will encounter/perform 18+ obstacles including some bodyweight exercises and physical obstacles. Obstacles include: Wall climb, cargo net, push-ups, tire flips, balance beam, hill sprints, bear crawls, lunges, tires steps, hay bale hurdles and everyone's favorite... BURPEES! It doesn't matter if you have a high fitness level or are just starting out, this course will challenge you to dig deeper and try harder.
Aid Stations:
3 water stations.
Awards:
Awards to top 1st, 2nd and 3rd female overall and to the top 1st female finisher in the following divisions (no duplicates):
12-15

60 plus
No duplicates. You must present to win.
Spectators:
Spectators are free and are able to roam most of the course freely
