Race Start Time:
You choose your own start time during our registration process. Times begin with our Elite Heat at 8:30am and run every fifteen minutes until 12pm. Sign up early as each wave is limited to 125 Bone Frogs – the morning is already filling up!

Course Description:
We’re back at the B’East in 2016! Join us on Armed Forces Day May 21st for 9 miles of the best obstacles in OCR or try our 5k Sprint or better yet do both and do the TIER-1 Challenge! What better way to spend a day dedicated to pay tribute to the men and women who serve in the United States on Armed Forces day than by running the Navy SEAL Bone Frog Challenge?!
With at least 40 Navy SEAL-style obstacles spread out over 9+ miles, the course will test everyone and leave no one unscathed. On average we place an obstacle every 1/4-mile, so your running ability alone will not carry the day. Oh and did we mention the entire course is laid out on a ski mountain? You must be functionally fit to succeed here. You will get muddy. You will get beat up. You will be exhausted. But you will finish.
Aid Stations:
We will have 5 Aid Stations throughout the course with a medical tent staffed by paramedics and ambulances in the event area. Water will be available throughout the course as well as at the finish line.
Spectators:
Spectators are FREE! We know how important this race is to you and we don't think it's right to charge your friends and family just to come root you on!
Parking:
$10 per car. There will be parking on site however the overflow parking is roughly a 1/4 mile away. We will have shuttles running back and fourth as soon as the main parking lot is full and the overflow parking is being utilized.
Post Party:
We have always subscribed to the “work hard, play hard” mentality and our after party is not to be missed! Music, BEER, Food and Fun… Celebrate finishing one of the hardest OCR’s in existence with the Navy SEAL Bone Frog family!

Those who want to check bags will go to our registration tent. Each bag is $5.
As Navy SEALs we have been forced to spend a great deal of time away from our families. As a result, whenever we can, we include the entire family in all that we do. The Bone Frog Challenge event weekend offers fun and activities for all ages. Let the kids come watch you race and then let them loose on our Bone Frog Challenge Kids Course where they race in the mud and on scaled down obstacles!
Team:
It's called the SEAL ""TEAMS"" for a reason. While you are allowed to run the Bone Frog Challenge as an individual we highly encourage making or joining a team!
