Put this on your race schedule!
I’ve been running this race since it’s inception, and it only gets better every year! From parking and registration, to race and course management, to amazing after party and race swag, this event is one of few “must-do” races on my schedule every year. At a time of year when OCR’s are scarce, Blizzard Blast not only fills the winter race void, but it does so with fun, unique, innovative obstacles that challenge all levels of racers, from the beginners to the elite!
No Review yet.. Trying to register with the Promo Code you gave and it is not working? Is there another one? Or could this one be wrong?

Definitely a "Blast"!
This was my first Blizzard Blast, but definitely not my last. The course this years was 6 miles with lots of great, snow covered trail running and some fun obstacles. Admittedly not the most challenging obstacles, but nonetheless I would not say this was an "easy" race and I am a veteran of the Spartan Beast among other races.
The snowy and icy single track sections made for some challenging terrain, and the Christmas tree carry was over a pretty good distance near the end of the course. It's not going to put you through the test like a Spartan Super would, but it's enough to make you work up a sweat while also providing a very fun event and atmosphere.
Good for beginners
It's an easy race thats great for people just starting out, but for those who are used to longer races might be disappointed, there weren't that many obstacles and they were not that difficult, there's a lot of room for improvement. Good raceto get you ready for the rest of the mud run season.
