Shale Hill Adventure Farm offers a unique training experience that utilizes both natural and man made obstacles to help build stamina and endurance that is unmatched with other training techniques. We focus on building a solid core that will enable you to increase your performance level for a longer period of time. We will make you mentally and physically strong enough to reach goals that you never thought were possible. We train everyday, rain or shine. We are not a fair weather group, but we do offer an indoor gym for those days that you just want to pump some iron or work out on our heavy bags.
