Taking part in the heart of Harrow, this action packed family event promises to be the muddiest fun you’ve ever had.
On the day, participants of all ages will be ducking and diving, jumping and climbing over 15 obstacles on a 5km course.

Course Description:

Starting at Bannisters Leisure Centre on Uxbridge Road, the course takes you into Harrow’s beautiful countryside where you will be faced with obstacles that include Pond Dips, Tyre Running, Box Hurdles, Slip ‘N’ Slides, Hidden Tracks, Mud Tunnels, Fitness Zone, Leopard Crawl, Tug of War, Tyre Tossing, Stretcher Racing, Cargo Nets, Crawling Nets and Rope Swings.

Aid Stations:

No aid stations will be available

Spectators:

Friends and family are encouraged to attend and cheer participants on!

Parking:

Limited parking available on site

Post Party:

After the event you can join your friends and family, who have come to cheer you on, at the event village where you will find hot food, drinks and entertainment.

Other:

This is a charity event, although there is no minimum sponsorship we do ask that everyone trys to raise as much money as possible in aid of St Luke's Hospice.
We ask all participants to raise a minimum of £100 in sponsorship.
The minimum age for this event is 14 years old
There will be changing facitlites onsite but no showers.
