Course Description:
The race length is 10km and begins at 9AM.
There is a minimum age of 18, and all entrants will be chip-timed.
The race is suitable for all fitness abilities, and fancy dress is welcomed – bonus points for running in chainmail!
Aid Stations:
There is free onsite supervised parking and water stations at the event, and fully-trained medics will be in attendance.
Spectators:
Grail Quest has an event village, with family entertainment, refreshments and music, as well as a viewing area for spectators.
