Course Description:
The race consists of running or jogging 5K of challenging terrain covered with a boatload of obstacles to conquer and maneuver over, under, around or through.
Aid Stations:
Medical staff will be on site and available to administer first aide.
Spectators:
There will be areas where family and friends can cheer the racers on.
