Course Description:

A challenging 21 kilometer track that leads you over the hills and forests of Hellendoorn, along and several times through the river(s) and in to the streets and citycentres of the villages with thousands of spectators.
More than 30 challenging , hilarious and mind blowing obstacles with lots of mud, water and fun.

Aid Stations:

Plenty of sportsdrinks, water and fruit on the track

Parking:

Free

Post Party:

The StrongmanRun Festival area starting 4:30 pm untill 8:00 pm where you can meet your fans, friends and family for good music and a beer.

Other:

Guarded wardrobe for athletes.
Warm showers afterwards, also for the last finisher.
