Course Description:
The Pig Trail Mud Run is located in the beautiful Ozarks on a course featuring extreme hills, underbrush, lots of trees, a stream bed and ponds with challenging obstacles you’ll have to navigate to complete this 5K race. (3.5 miles Obstacles: approx.)
There is also a one-mile kids’ run. There will be five or six kid-challenging obstacles with plenty of mud, hills, and other fun. Kids receive a medal and t-shirt.
Ages 8 – 13 with two heats: 8 – 10 years and 11 – 13 years.
Ages 14 and older run the adult race.
Aid Stations:
Watering stations at each obstacle and fruit, granola and water upon completion.
Paramedics on standby.
Awards:
Award for the best costume.
Best team costume.
Spectators:
Spectators are free and allowed to walk the course and join in on the fun at the after party.
Parking:
Parking is close and convenient and $5-$10.
Post Party:
Post party included a DJ, beer and food vendors.
We will also have face painting, a bounce house and other activities to keep the kids entertained while you wind down.
Other:
You do not have to swim to complete this race.
You can skip any obstacle that challenges you too much.
