Back 2 The Trenches Back2TheTrenches is a fun enjoyable obstacle mud run. Set in our private 250 acre Estate with natural hills, lakes, fields and woodlands you and your friends or collegues will be challenged to push yourself to the limts!

This is a self challenging run or race, you choose, that will cover you in mud & muck from head to toe! This fantastic mud run is a combination of both natural and man-made obstacles. Have you tried running up hills covered in mud? Crawling through muddy water on your hands and knees? Climbing over rope nets, tyres, and many more obstacles?

It really tests your endurance, builds stamina and gives a great sense of achievement at the finish line. With a timing chip and medal to show your family and friends.

You will need stamina, determination, cammaraderie and a sense of humour to survive. Expect the unexpected! Get a team together, enjoy a great day out! Take a look at our website to view images and videos and sign up!

Course Description:

OVER THE TOP 5k & 10k distances set in 250 acre private estate.
The Trenches is an extremely tough obstacle mud run designed by ex military whose experience and knowledge provide the most challenging route for runners by utilising natural terrain of steep hills, long mud slides, lake swims, and woodland treks together with man-made obstacles, barbed wire crawl, sandbag carry, electric fence and the all important Trenches! It is the ultimate test in fitness.

Spectators:

Parking is free onsite, however we would encourage as much car sharing as possible, as we like to be eco friendly where we can.
Spectators free to come and watch and cheer on your family and friends. We have a large area for the spectators to view the start and finish part of the run, refreshments will also be available while they are waiting and wondering what the runners are up to!

Trenches style cold showers/wash down area, don't forget a change of clothes!
There is a photographer to capture all those muddy moments.
