Course Description:
This nearly 4 1/2 mile trail run style course brings excitement and vigor to those looking to participate. With an average temperature of 45 degrees, this course will get your blood pumping and prove to be a clash for competitors of all abilities.
Battle of Monmouth: Tire Pit
Battle of Green Spring: Balance Beam
Battle of Brandywine: Scale the Wall
Battle of Stony Point: Hay Bale Climb
Battle of Fallen Timbers: Log Challenge
Battle of Trois Rivieres: Swamp Terrain/Tunnel
Battle of Paoli: Mystery Obstacle
Battle of Germantown: Tunnel Crawl
Aid Stations:
There will be 1 aid station on the course. Paramedics will be standing by just incase.
Fruit and Water at the finish line and also beer for participants!
Awards:
The following are awarded: Overall Male, Overall Female, Top Male Team, Top Female Team, Top Mixed Group.
Prizes:
Prizes for best costumes will be given out to the best single, tandem and group costume winners. Judging will be from 8:15am-9:00am. You must complete the course is your costume! Awards will be given out at the post race party. Party goes until 12:00 pm.
Spectators:
Spectators are invited for free and have some limitations to viewing areas.
Parking:
Parking is free and off-site from the event. Participants AND spectators are shuttled to the course location.
Post Party:
The post-race party includes music, beer, some snacks to fuel you, and a bonfire to warm you! We also offer a Blazin' Hot Wings Challenge.
Other:
Get out and get your blood pumping! In February, as the winter has drug on, get up, get out, and get muddy!
You must be at least 15 years old on or before February 28, 2015 to participate.
Team:
Do you have friends to run with? Sign up your team…teams can be all male, all female or mixed. Teams must be a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8.
