Each challenge offers a different physical test with varying obstacles suitable for all levels of fitness, challenging both strength and stamina.

Course Description:

3 DAYS / 3 EVENTS / 3-13K DISTANCES / OVER 75 OBSTACLES

Day 1 - 3K Urban Obstacle Course & Crossfit inspired exercises
Day 2 - 5K or 10K Beach Run & Military Assault Course
Day 3 - 5K Assault with an optional short swim

Aid Stations:

Water station on courses
. Paramedics on standby
After Day 3 there is a participant appreciation closing brunch

Awards:

$1,000 – 1st Place Overall Team
$250 – 1st Place Male, Female, Mixed, Corporate & Services Teams
(1st Place Overall Team excluded from division prizes)
4 x $50 Itunes Gift Card – 1st Place Youth Team

Spectators:

Spectators are free and can roam the courses freely

Post Party:

After Day 1 - Community Block Party with DJ Dan Ho for all to enjoy, participants and spectators alike. Bouncy Castle available for the kids and Mechanical Bull for the big 'not so kids'.

Food not provided, but there are many restaurants available within the immediate area.

Other:

Each challenge is timed and the accumulation of challenge finishing time points and charitable points determine the overall Bermuda Triple Challenge winner.
Help boost your Triple Challenge points by raising funds for one of the Bermuda Triple Challenge's supported charities. 1 point for each dollar raised.
Swim is optional, a dry alternative is provided.
Minimum participant age is 13

Team:

Each entry is as a team of two or four. Teammates are encouraged to assist their fellow teammates, if desired.
