Course Description:
Goliathon has developed a course to attract a wide range of participants – from the most skilled athlete to the fitness novice. Once underway, you will encounter two types of obstacles – regular obstacles and Goliathon obstacles. The regular obstacles are the same for all participants and are designed to be both fun and challenging for you and your team.
The Goliathon obstacles consist of multiple tracks so that you can choose the path that's right for you. These obstacles are intended to be a max test for your strength, agility, speed and athleticism, and will be tiered as either:
G1 – easy obstacles for the young or inexperienced participant
G2 – difficult obstacles to challenge the average mudder and obstacle enthusiast
G3 – extreme obstacles to test the most elite athletes
Some obstacles that you may find include the Leap of Faith, Slippery Wall Monkey, Sky Climb, Rope Cross, Ninja Killer and many more with varying levels of difficulty.
Aid Stations:
There will be a primary medical tent and roving medical staff throughout the course. There will also be two water stations along the course.
Prizes:
Prizes will be awarded to all members of the top three teams.
Successfully complete all G3 obstacles and receive free entry into a future event
Spectators:
Spectators are welcome to attend the event at no cost but – for our safety and theirs – we do require spectators to register on the day of the event and sign a spectator’s waiver.
Parking:
Parking is available on location. $10 per vehicle (cash only).
Post Party:
There will be music and food available for purchase. Hang out and stay awhile.
Other:
As a non-profit organization, all proceeds from our events will help bring clean, safe drinking water to those in need around the world.
Team:
If you plan to run with others, we'd encourage you to create a team at registration in order to ensure that you all have the same start time.
Teams can have as few as two participants, and each team member can choose their own obstacle level (G1, G2 or G3) as you move through the course together.
Kids Race:
Participants must be at least 10 years old to participate. Those who are aged 10-14 must be accompanied by a registered adult throughout the entire course.
