The Dirty Dash Have you ever said to yourself, “Marathons are too easy, and Triathlons are for sissies?” We haven’t either…those races are really hard. Think about it…the first person to run a marathon actually died. HE DIED!...and he probably didn’t even have fun along the way! Well, welcome to a new kind of race: THE DIRTY DASH. This race that puts all other races to shame. The Dirty Dash is a mud run obstacle course where a military boot camp meets your inner five-year-old’s fantasy and subsequently converts boy to man and then man to swine. You’ll need endurance to trudge up mountains of sludge, courage to overcome uncompromising obstacles, a complete lack of shame to wallow in pits of mud and a smile to show through at the end! So let this mud run obstacle course become your new guilty pleasure. Go solo or with some of your dirtiest, filthiest, & uncouth friends. Either way, you’ll be able to look at yourself in the mirror and say, “I am a Dirty Dasher!”… and then proceed to clean yourself off.

Course Description:

You don't have to be tough to play dirty - it's the mud run for everyone! The 5k sloppy mud pits, slip’n’slides, and foam baths are prep’d for even more filthy fun than ever before.
The Dirty Dash proves that anyone can “Play Dirty.” This filthy 5K empowers couch potatoes and athletes alike to put on their running shoes.
You’ll need endurance to trudge up mountains of sludge, courage to overcome uncompromising obstacles, a complete lack of shame to wallow in pits of mud, and a smile to show through to the end!
Let this obstacle run be your new guilty pleasure. Come solo or find a few of your dirtiest, filthiest, uncouth friends to join.

Spectators:

Spectators will not be allowed at the event due to Covid 19 protocols

Parking:

All cars parking at the event on Saturday will be required to pay $5.

Post Party:

There will be food & snacks available at the multiple concession stands so bring your cash money!!

Other:

You may like to bring; Garbage sack or sheet to put on your car seat for the drive home, a change of clothes, towel for a post-race shower.

Team:

Find a few of your dirtiest, filthiest friends to join and run as a team.

Kids Race:

Children under 13 must run with a parent or guardian and minors over 13 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian
Due to Covid-19 gathering restrictions we will not be holding a Piglet Plunge in 2021.
All Piglet Plunge tickets from last year may be upgraded to run the full 5k event based on current ticket prices, or have the option to roll over to the 2022 events.
