5k and 1.5 miles

Organizer:

Dragon OCR Dragon Obstacle Course Race is a 5k distance with 20+ obstacles. I promise to re-invest back into the company each and every race, making bigger and better obstacles. My focus is to make the most unique and challenging obstacle race. 1/3 of the obstacles will be fun, 1/3 will be challenging, and 1/3 will be very difficult, even for the most elite athletes. My race will be similar to Tough Mudder, Spartan and BattleFrog, but I will change the obstacles more often, and add a surprise twist on some of them.

Course Description:

Dragon Obstacle Course Race has multiple race options: Open, Elite, and an Endurance.
Open Wave 5k race with 20+ obstacles (You can do multiple laps)
Elite Wave 1.5 mile race with 20+ obstacles carrying an Atlas Stone (40/80 lbs)
Endurance night challenge 4+ hours of physical challenges (various heavy carries individual and team, multiple course laps, various physical tests)
The Course has very challenging and fun terrain to run on, mostly wooded, rolling hills, including a river, and a small pond. The focus is to make the most unique, fun and challenging obstacle race and every Dragon OCR race has a new course layout and some new obstacles.
If you are not able to swim, you are able to walk around water obstacles with no penalty

Aid Stations:

On-site paramedics and ambulance plus water and powerade/gatorade drinks

Prizes:

Elite, Endurance and multiple wave options have additional prizes

Spectators:

All Spectators are encouraged and FREE, please no Pets unless required for medical purposes

Parking:

Parking fee of $10 Cash per Car

Post Party:

DJs and various vendors, some food options

Other:

Dragon OCR donates to Wounded Warrior Project every year.
Bring a change of clothes, shoes, sun block, and a plastic bag for your dirty clothes

Team:

You are able to create and run as a Team, no limit

Kids Race:

Minimum age is 14 years
