Race Start Time:
The race is divided into heats of 50-70 kids leaving every 10 minutes.
On Saturday, June 5 - Heats are available from 10 AM TO 4 PM. Heat times by age are as follows:
10:00 AM to11:50 AM and 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM (Ages 7-12)
12:10 PM to 2:10 PM (Ages 4-6).
On Sunday, June 6 - Heats are available from 2 PM to 6 PM. Heat times by age are as follows:
2:00 PM to 2:50 PM and 5:50 PM to 6:00 PM (Ages 13-17);
3:10 PM to 3:50 PM and 5:10 PM to 5:30 PM (Ages 7-12);
4:10 PM - 4:50 PM (Ages 4-6).
It is HIGHLY recommended for a parent to run with the child if the child is 4 or 5 years old

Course Description:
The Lord's Gym Kids Mud Run is a special obstacle race open to all kids ages 4-17.
The course is under a mile long with around 20 obstacles involving climbing, crawling, running and, of course, lots of mud!
The race is split into heats with three age groups, 4-6, 7-12, and 13-17 with a longer, tougher race for the older kids and a shorter race for the younger kids.
Aid Stations:
We have Aid Stations planted throughout the course with EMT's available.
Awards:
Trophies for the top 3 in the Superhero School Bell which they get to keep in their schools for one year
Spectators:
The Kids Run is a family event with a spectator trail and other attractions including: inflatables, ice skating and a giant sledding slide
