With the obstacle course racing season underway in almost all of North America our social streams are filled with the stories of your accomplishments. Every day you, the obstacle course racing community, inspire us all at Mud Run Guide to be better athletes and humans. This week we celebrate the successes of two athletes.
Bonnie Wilson our social media guru, combed through all your social posts with the hashtag #MUDRUNGUIDE and choose two athletes to feature this week.
The first community member is Brooke Van Paris aka Beast Mode Barbie who reminds us always be to our best as we never know who is watching us, not just on the course but also in life.

The second community member highlighted this week is Michael McCauley honors his family and friends running the Spartan Honor Series.
mc_ocrMy Spartan Race Military Medal Evolution: My father, both of my grandfathers, and many close friends were/are military which has given me a deep respect for the men and women who serve. In my work, I have the honor of fitting our veterans with state of the art prosthetic arms and legs. However, there is something special about running on base next to these veterans that is more humbling than anything else I know.
