First up Victor Hagenbucher shared with Mud Run Guide his excitement at Bonefrog Challenge. Completing his fourth obstacle race. Congrats to you Victor and great photo on such an iconic Bonefrog obstacle.

The second photo this week comes from Luke Sky Runner. Luke sends out a tribute to his dog as he works through recovery from an injury and looks forward to spending hours and hours on the trails together in the future.

Dear Milo, Since the day we got you, you have seen me hobble along and stumble down the trails. I wish there was a way for me to reassure you that this is not how it will when we hit the trails. I look forward to training and hitting the mountains with you for hours on end.
