CORINNA COFFIN, TOP FEMALE OCR ATHLETE,
JOINS BATTLEFROG AS LIFESTYLE DIRECTOR

MIAMI, FLORIDA (JULY 16, 2015) – Corinna Coffin, widely regarded as one of the top competitive female athletes in Obstacle Course Racing, has joined BattleFrog as its Lifestyle Director, the Miami-based company announced today.

“Corinna Coffin is one of the most exciting athletes in our sport, and we are so pleased she chose to bring her leadership, star power and health expertise to the BattleFrog lifestyle,” said Ramiro Ortiz, BattleFrog’s Chief Executive Officer.

Ms. Coffin burst onto the OCR scene just one year ago and has won Top-3 podium finishes in sixteen of her first twenty races. Ms. Coffin led her Virginia Tech team to a crowd rousing third place finish in the BattleFrog College Championships on ESPN — a stunning accomplishment following her second place finish in the BattleFrog 15
kilometer race the very same morning in Winter Garden, Florida.

“OCR is about getting outside and having fun with your friends first and foremost,” said Ms. Coffin, “planning for a BattleFrog race is a great way to stick with a training program, learn about nutrition and improve your fitness. Ms. Coffin, a standout graduate of Virginia Tech, earned a dual degree in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise as well as Spanish, and is an ASCM certified trainer. A Cross-Fit Enthusiast, Ms. Coffin also holds a Level 1 Cross-Fit Certification. Ms. Coffin’s immediate focus will be on establishing educational nutrition and fitness media. “Whether one simply wants to get back in shape, or hone their competitive drive, BattleFrog promotes a healthy lifestyle everyone can benefit from.” Ms. Coffin said with characteristic vigor. “And the best part?
